Years ago, I was a book designer. I worked for a wonderful man called Jim Davis at Crown Publishers in New York. This was before the invention of desktop publishing and we had to do "cast offs" to determine the length of the manuscript, order the display type for headings, chapter openers and so on and spec the type so that it would fit in a prescribed number of pages that had been determined by the marketing department.

Things are different today and considerably easier. We can work with you to get your Great American Novel, Cookbook, Yoga Manual or any other work you've written into print either using an independent printer OR a digital supplier such as Lulu or Blurb; the pages will be laid out beautifully and the photos will be of correct size to print clearly.
